Custom AI development projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement that outlines:

• Intellectual property ownership and licensing
• Confidentiality and data handling requirements
• Support and maintenance terms

These general Terms apply to custom development engagements except where the SOW explicitly provides otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI-POWERED FEATURES MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE OR UNEXPECTED RESULTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI SYSTEMS HAVE INHERENT LIMITATIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR IMPORTANT DECISIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EYEKRON LLC AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
